About Me
Hi, I'm Shivangi Agrawal
My journey into the world of business and analytics started not in a classroom or a boardroom, but at the dinner table of my family home in Nimach, India. I grew up watching my parents run our family business with grit, grace, and an instinctive sense of numbers. I didn’t know it then, but sitting beside them—listening to conversations about inventory, customers, and cash flow—was my first lesson in business strategy. They didn’t call it “data-driven decision-making,” but that’s exactly what it was.
Education:
Inspired by resilience and resourcefulness, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and went on to earn my Master’s in Business Analytics at Northeastern University. Along the way, I blended the lessons of my childhood with the tools of modern analytics—learning to forecast demand using Python, build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, machine learning techniques, and translate raw data into strategic business moves. Familiar with DevOps tools like Docker and Azure for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams

Fieldwork in Analytics:At Spicy Leaf, as a Project Coordinator, I applied these skills to real business challenges: predicting demand, launching new products, and optimizing operations. Later, at Thermo Fisher Scientific, as a Business Analyst – Supply Chain Forecasting apprentice, I sharpened my ability to tell stories through data, helping global teams make informed decisions that improved inventory planning and customer engagement.
What’s Next:Whether it’s building financial models, uncovering insights from complex datasets, or designing visual dashboards for leadership teams, I carry with me the same curiosity and determination I saw in my parents. They sparked my passion for problem-solving and taught me that behind every number is a person, a process, and a potential opportunity
Now, as I look forward to the next chapter, I’m eager to bring this blend of personal roots and professional rigour to a full-time role where I can continue turning data into decisions that matter.
